What is the weakness strength of a person?

This cannot be generalized as each individual has their own possible weakness and some will not admit to any weakness.

Examples of weak points in a person's character can be selfishness, greedy, dishonest, lacking in personal hygiene, self-centered, wishy-washy in their opinions, overzealous, lacking in enthusiasm, negative in their thinking, and many other possible points.

When a potential employer asks you "what are your weakenesses", they are often looking for an answer that is merely a strong habit of yours that effects your performance in good ways and rarely ever bad. Although you should be nothing but honest to the person you may be working for in the future, to boast about something good about you in a "aw shucks, it's embarassing" type of way. For Example: Employer: "What would you say is one of your weaknesses?" Applicant: "I have a strong case of OCD when it comes to tasks and projects. I can't truly feel that I'm done unless things are perfect and it frustrates me if something isn't done right." You're making it sound like it's this terrible flaw of yours but truthfully, it looks like you'll never half-ass a project and that you're reliable because you're being driven by a disorder that you cannot control!
