I think you may be talking about origin and insertion points which are the two points of attachment for a muscle. The origin is attached to the immovable (or less movable) bone. The insertion is attached to the movable bone. The insertion always moves towards the origin.
Through tendons, aponeurosis and raphé, or sometimes even attach directly to the bone.
i dont know 3 but one is Ligaments

The thumb extensors are examples of muscles that attach to the ulna bone. The ulna bone is one of the two long bones in the forearm and can also be called the elbow bone.
I do not think a ligament is a muscle. A ligament is what binds two bones together. That is basically what i know
Rectus abdominis and diaphragm muscles
Ligaments attach bone to bone; tendons attach bone to muscle. One commonly injured ligament in the knee is the ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). It is often injured skiing or playing soccer, or football.
Ligaments: is a tough material that connects bones together at the joints. Cartilage: is a smooth tough material that protects the end of the bones. It protects the end of the bones. Tendons: is a rubber-like cords. it's function is it stretch as the muscles and the bones move.

Within the head there are no bones under the human tongue. Apart from the Mandible (Jaw bone) the entirity of the bottom part of the mouth is soft tissue, mostly muscle. The main muscles are the Geniohyoid and the Mylohyoid which attach between the inside of the mandible and, the only bone in the human body not connected to another, the Hyoid bone. This bone is present the neck as an attachment for muscles. It is a U shaped bone that is suspended by various muscles (the two above plus the Digastric and the Stylohyoid) above the thyroid cartilage. This is the bone that is often uset to determine, post mortem, if a person was strangled as it is easily broken.

There are two types of muscles associated with the tongue, the intrinsic and the extrinsic. The extrinsic muscles attach the tongue to the skull and anchor it to the throat.
Two muscles are not needed to move a joint but a bone attached to a joint in 2 opposite directions .
