The jugular veins are the two main veins in the neck returning blood from the brain to the heart. Their arterial counterparts are the carotid arteries.
Tubes that carry blood to the heart are veins. The two major veins that carry blood to the heart are the vena cava and the pulmonary vein.
The coronary arteries supply oxygenated and nutrient filled blood to the heart muscle. There are two main coronary arteries: right coronary artery and left coronary artery. Other arteries diverge from these two main arteries and extend to the bottom portion of the heart.

The North and the South were the two main sections of the US in the early 1800s up to the point of the Civil War.
