What are weaknesses of Sports Authority?

The customer service to put a claim in for a warranty you had purchased , good luck! I am still trying to get my money back from a claim i put in a year and a half ago and many calls. Your better at shopping someplace else. horrible customer service ever!

My name is William Duncan and have been a Sports Authority Customer since 2008. I have requested on three occasions to have a a new card issued as the magnetic strip on mine is no longer functioning. Today I tried to make a purchase using my card, and was told that they could no longer call in and manually run an impression on older cards that no longer would swipe. My account ends in 4540 and I live in Las Vegas, NV. If customer loyalty is important to you you will resolve this problem within the next 30 days or I will destroy my card, pay off my account and shop elsewhere. I really think you have a great product line but, I think this problem should have been resolved thru the store or by your credit card billing/payment section as for the last two months I have requested a new card along with my bill and payment.
