In general, drinks that have alcohol or caffeine are considered harmful. Drinks with excessive sugar are recommended against as well, though not as strongly.
This is not to say that no Seventh-day Adventist drinks beverages with excessive sugar (few don't) or caffeine (significant numbers do, at least in the United States) or alcohol (some do in the US, although this is rarer because it is widely known to be against Adventist beliefs). What it means is that, as a church, Seventh-day Adventists consider these beverages harmful.
