The White-Headed Woodpecker

REGION: Found in the western United States
FACT: The only North American bird with a black body and white head.
Either the black-and-white Warbler or a Pied Wagtail.
That sounds a lot like a red headed woodpecker.
The South African Titmouse.

This sounds suspiciously like an Osprey.
Bald eagles have a feathered, white head and a brown body. Vultures usually have featherless, bald heads and brown or black bodies.
A Roseate tern fits that description.
Blue bird
If the black is the crown of the head, and you can notice a patch of red under the tail when it takes off, it is a catbird.
I believe it is a Pine Grosbeak.
