The left and right atriums of the heart is at the top portion and the blood is pumped through the lower left and right ventricles.

Blood enters the heart (into the left side) through the pulmonary vein. It's actually carrying arterial blood, but going to the heart, it is properly a vein.

The superior and inferior vena cava deliver blood to the right atrium (from the rest of the body) and the pulmonary veins delivers blood to the left atrium (from the lungs).
