Research has shown people with autism often have structure and chemical differences.
Every person with autism is different, like people with down syndrome.
Not EVERY person with autism (or DS) has the same "issues" as another person with the same diagnoses.
The speech, sensory, motor, mirror neurons....etc can all be affected by autism
the body systems that are affected by autism are the Nervous, immune and digestive system. the Nervous system is affected by
*problems with brain functining
*learning difficulties
*behavioral issuses
*speech and language delays
*movement disordes
*seizures
*sensory prossing problems
Autism affects memory, sensory perception, and movement because it prevents different parts of the brain working together to achieve complex tasks.
I'm not a doctor, but it appears to me that autism is caused by a viral infection of the brain. At first I didn't believe that vacines caused Autism, however after watching the function of my grandson significanlty plumet after getting his vacinations I changed my mind. The old remedy of chicken soup for a cold actually helped my grandson get better. It apparently gave his body the energy it needed to supress the viruses that appear to have been introduced to his system through the vacinations. Now I am not against vacinations. You just, in my opinion, have to know how to fight of the overwhelming effects they can have an a small immune system especially if they have been sick with anything else recently and their immune system is weak at the time they get the vacinations. Just saying.
Autism is a body-wide condition.
Autism is a neurological difference so it primarily impacts on the brain, but as it's neurological in nature it also includes the nervous system - for example Autistic people often have sensory issues. Many Autistic people also have gut problems of one form or another.
obviously the brain is the major organ that is affected , but also the bowel and stomach too , but not every person has problems with their organs
Scientists say that the cerebelum is the part of the brain that has consistantly shown abnormalities in people with autism. But nobody knows what causes it or why it occurs.
Many are affected, mostly the whole body. But mainly Digestive, nervous, muscle and the senses.

What organs are affected by tetanus?
More than 1 in 90 newborn boys will be affected by ASD, or autism spectrum disorder. It is now the most commonly diagnosed cause of mental retardation.
The liver is most affected.
The organs affected by anemia include the heart, and the brain due to lack of oxygen in the blood.
You are either autistic or you are not, there is no such thing as 'severe autism'. How you are affected by autism can be severe, but equally it can be mild, and how you're affected can change throughout your life.
larnex
The spine.
The Lungs
Your entire body is affected.
No - no one can 'get rid' of autism. Autism is a neurological difference...the only way to 'get rid' of autism then would be to 'get rid' of a persons brain, which obviously isn't an option. Although autism can be a disability for many it can also be an advantage to many, even if a 2 year old is severely affected by their autism they may improve over time.
