I don't think there's much of a difference between them. All of them contain over 90 percent acetone with some minor ingredients that do who-knows-what. Pro nail techs generally use plain acetone they buy from a beauty supply or from a hardware store. So...if you like the idea of a nail polish remover that comes from a nail polish remover company, go to the drugstore and choose your favorite color of it. If you just want to strip the polish from your nails as cheap as possible, go to Home Depot or Lowe's and buy a quart of acetone.
Cutex Non-Acetone is a good product. In reality, they're all about the same. Stick to non-acetone varieties because acetone will mess up your skin by pulling ALL the oils and moisture out of it.
You don't use nail polish remover to take off artificial nails as it would take an awfully long time.
First of all, what kind of artificial nails do you have on? If they are applied by a nail technician, are they wrap, gel or liquid and powder (generally known as acrylic).
If they are gel, are they the type of gel that can be soaked off or do they have to be buffed off?
If they are acrylic or wrap, then you will need to either return to the place you had them put on or try removing them yourself. For this you need a product called Acetone. It is purchased from Chemists or from beauty trade shops. It is very flammable, can remove varnish from wood as well as your false nails so care needs to be taken!
Put some acetone onto a piece of cottonwool, place it over the nail you want to remove and then wrap the finger in tinfoil. Leave for about 30 mins, pull the tinfoil and cottonwool off and if it isn't all removed, then repeat the process.
Whatever you do, don't pick the nails off as you will ruin your own nails underneath!
Hope this helps,
Acetone dissolves nail polish. You can get the kind with Gelatin, fragrance (questionable tho because the smell of acetone is so strong), dyes and nail conditioners, or you can just go to Home Depot and buy a quart of acetone. They do the same thing.
