For cookies? Any flat bottom pan. Turn it over and use the bottom. If really desperate, take the rack out of the oven, use three or four layers of aluminum foil, put the cookies on the foil and slide the rack back in the oven. Many ovens have a broiler pan in the drawer under the oven. Cover that with foil and use it.
You can try spraying the pan with cooking spray, or butter. Also cutting parchment circles and using those work too!
Yes. If you have no non-stick sheets, you can use a cooking spray on regular cookie sheets, parchment paper, or a lightly greased or buttered cookie sheet.
brush with butter and dust it with flour

I got some from wilkinsons
As silly as it sounds, cupcake paper holders can be called cupcake papers. Reynolds brand calls them baking cups, and I have also heard them referred to as muffin papers and cupcake liners. Also called cupcake sleeves.
No.
Cupcake Liners
target,walmart,etc
yes
No. If you use them properly, you should be fine. I have made cupcakes in them many times. They just make it so you don't have to clean the cupcake pans.
No, cupcake liners are treated with silicone and coffee filters aren't. The cake will stick to the filters and the cupcakes will be torn apart. It would be better to butter the cupcake pan and don't use liners at all if you don't have any.
No, as long as the cupcake pan is coated with shortening or cooking spray.
Their commitment phobic, their just not right for each other, let them be.
Use cupcake paper liners. If you don't have paper liners, try spraying the pan with cooking oil/spray before you pour the cupcake mixture in. When they're done, let them cool for 5 minutes before trying to remove them. Don't try to scrape them out with a fork or your hand... just tip it upside down on a napkin or a cooling rack.
