Mix half water and Mr. Clean with a small amount of ammonia. Soak for 15 seconds then rinse with water and dry. This works well with all types of jewelry.

If you are trying to remove tarnish from sterling silver jewelry a mixture of baking soda and water to make a paste works well. Rub the paste on the sterling and then rinse in water and dry.
