Grout is a material used to fill voids in concrete or tile structure. Grouting or Injection Grouting or Pressure Grouting invariably means the process of injecting grout into isolated pores or voids in a concrete or tile structure.Eg:- Injection grouting in a concrete water storage tank.
Curtain grouting is carried out to make the rock mass less permeable at a given line (or two or three parallel rows). Depth of grout curtain holes vary from a few meters to more than 150 m. Consolidation grouting aims to improve rock mass (foundation) strength, permeability and reduce its deformability and executed in an area rather than a line. Usually, grout holes for consolidation grouting are less than 15 m deep.
The Grouting Intensity Number (GIN) involves the energy expended, which is grouting pressure P, and the grout volume injected V. The product PV is called the Grouting Intensity Number or GIN. The volume may be unitized to the length of the grouting intervals as liters/m (or interchangeably as weight of cement injected in kg/m, since for moderately thick mixes the numerical values are similar within 5 to 10 percent). The pressure has been used traditionally as bar, resulting in P-V or GIN units being bar liter/m
1meter cube of pagel grouting takes how many bags?
I am currently working on this problem myself, having waited too long to clean tiles after grouting. We are using steel wool pads and spackle implements to scrape off the excess grout. I thought it might damage the tile but it really has not. It's a tough job, good luck. I am currently working on this problem myself, having waited too long to clean tiles after grouting. Also a mild solution of sulfumic acid will remove most cement products... available at home depot .

Yes (if it is unsealed). Otherwise the grout will stain it.

Yes - but you are always best off removing a large portion of the old grout before re-grouting. After letting the new grout dry for 48 hours, consider using a grout sealer to make it last longer.
What is composition of cement and any other metrial for grouting on floor ceramic tiles.
It depends upon the form configuration, aggregate voids and grout fluidity.
2 things it can provide control with:- 1. The shrinkage - which may cause un-filled tubes 2. The bleeding water - which may casue hollow section
yes you always glue on the tiles first. or what ever you are using. then i would wait a 24 hrs to dry. then you can do the grouting.
Improper installation. You must install cement board over the sub floor before you tile. If the tile was glued to plywood which is not waterproof, the plywood will absorb moisture which will cause the grout to crack and deteriorate
