This method always works for me.
Tilt your head to the unblocked side and jump up and down
Sounds silly i know, but try to jump as high as you can and create a big thud with the ground
I usually unblock both sides after a few jumps
There are several ways but not all of them work with everyone.
One way is to jump up and down until you hear a pop.
Another is to shake your head from side to side.
You could also try standing upside-down.
Noise also unclogs it, but it's not recommended, things like screaming in your ear to unclog it could damage your hearing.

boil water... put it into a cup, rest your clogged ear over top of the cup. the steam from the boiled water will unclog your ear.
It is caused by water entering the ear canal. You should get it out after swimming.
You could get swimmers ear from swimming underwater too much. I use to get ear infections from swimming in clean and dirty pools. But, i never got swimmers ear. So the answer is yes, you could.
You could try to keep your head up and then the answer is definitely yes. Swimmers ear will not stop you from swimming ear plugs or not,

Yes
I'm pretty sure you can get pink eye from swimming in the ocean.
Patients should be careful when cleaning the ears--never dig into the ear canal; wear earplugs when swimming and avoid swimming in dirty water; and use earplugs or a shower cap when showering.
