It depends on what they are testing you for. I know that in a 6 panel test methadone is not included, but is on a 10 panel one. I also know that it is very expensive to test for methadone so whoever does the testing has to ask for that specifically to be tested for because it is a synthetic drug and synthetic drugs don't show up on a normal drug test. So in short, morphine would show up but methadone would not. Heroin would show up but methadone would not, unless it is tested for specifically. This is what I have heard over the past few months. Most places don't test for methadone unless they are a big corporation like a hospital etc because it costs so much. The last drug test I did was a 4 panel one that tested for pot, meth, cocaine and LSD. That was to work in a nursing home. When I tested for a hospital job they tested for everything! They can afford it though because their own labs can do it so it does not cost as much as sending someone out to be tested for a job opening. The best bet is get clean for a test then do what you want afterwards but don't chance it
Opiates, benzodiazepines, amphetamines, barbiturates, phencyclidine are the 5 major classes on the vast majority of drug tests. Of course, many employers will also test for cannabis and cotinine levels (marijuana and nicotine, respectively).

Btw, it doesn't test for meth, it tests for amphetamines and meth will show up. Most opiates are SEMI synthetic. The only true opiate is opium. Even Morphine is methylated from opium, so it to has been toyed with too.
The drugs that show up in a urine test are all of them except mushrooms and acid. To beat a drug test you go to the store get shur-a-gel and mix it with a drink right before your urine test. Take a leak after drinking it and then don't urinate until your test. Trust me it works 100% of the time.
Drug tests are not all the same, but generally they will detect:
This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all drugs that may be detected by a drug test.
