You should take the cat to the vets, where they will diagnose the issue usually rather quickly based on the information you tell them, and they will give the cat an injection which costs around £30 (may have increased along with everything else) and it is reccomended you keep your cat indoors and warm, and feed some good food, like warm chicken (not really hot, just not cold) because processed cat food doesn't have all the qualities of the unprosessed stuff. The food will give them their strength back and tempt them to eat as feline influenza can make them unwilling to eat and act uncharacteristicly.
