What can you learn by reading the Bible?

A Lot. But you have to read it yourself. If you only rely on asking without reading, then you will only learn what others learned. Wisdom is unique to each individual. 100 people will read the bible and will have 100 different interpretation. As the saying goes; "Do not learn what others know. Learn what they sought". Time to get your Bible gathering dust and read it cover to cover with no preconception and without rationalizing . The Holy Bible is the sacred text of Christians.Christians chose to live their lives by following the word of God, Jesus and

all their followers/disciples. They use God and Jesus like we use our legs- guiding us and choosing our paths to take, but

since they have no contact with them (although Christians feel that God and Jesus are always with them) it's hard for them

to know which paths to take without their help. There are probably tons of stories that have been passed down for

generations that are the supposed words of God or Jesus but none of its very reliable because it could be someone wanting

attention or money. Also there is probably someone who says they're a long lost descendent of Jesus and goes around

saying things about how to live your life. but none of this is very reliable, the only piece of solid evidence that Christians

have of God, Jesus and his disciples is the Holy Bible. Christians believe that the Bible is a reliable source because it was

the word of their God and something like that would never be a lie. Christians believe that the Holy Bible saves people

when they are lost and when in major times of trouble, they use the Holy Bible to enlighten their spirits and to make them

feel like they're not alone, God and Jesus is with them. When Christians (or maybe anyone) are down they can always look

to the Bible for guidance and support. "we are here", "he who believes in me will live", " for the Lord upholds him with his

hands", "never will I leave you", "his understanding has no limit", "his love endures forever" these are just some of the

hundreds of supporting and guiding phrases that are in the Bible. Furthermore, the Holy Bible helps in times of trouble- no

matter how big the problem It helps with things like depression,deaths, money problems, valuable item losses etc. The holy

Bible helps people also by making them feeling better by themselves helping others, they can be simple things (like giving

a person in need money, or even as simple as being cooperative with someone by telling them where a certain location is

Care) to more bigger things (like giving up your life to work with the RSPCC or the RSPCA, or going to a different

country and help less fortunate people).
