Sometimes it is called nudging. Another term you can use is to fine tune.
When you include the effects of friction, it takes less force to move a light-weight object. If you can get the objects into a frictionless environment, then any force, no matter how small, can move any object, no matter how heavy.
The object will move if the net force amounts to a greater momentum than the force that is keeping that object at rest.
Object's can move in different ways.Some one can push a object to move it. They can Pick it up and move the object.Machinery can move objects also. And wind can move object's if it is blowing hard enough.
