Yes. This is especially possible if the hail or tornado occurs in an unpopulated area far from the nearest radar site.

There is no specific word for a scientist who studies tornadoes. Such scientists would fall under the general label of meteorologists; weather scientists.
it's less frequent in the winter and fall and more grequent in the spring and summer in fact over 1000 tornadoes are confirmed every year and a thousand on average
the heaviest hailstone on record fall was.... 1130
the hailstone starts as snow, an updraft of warm air and a downdraft of old air causes the hailstone to form. it falls to the ground
it would fall at a lighter speed
Hi my name is gggjjjsnjs so shut it
Hailstones start off as a snowflake. In order to become a hailstone, a upwind has to blow it back up into the cloud and collect more water, snow, or ice. Then it freezes. This process can happen over and over again until the hailstone is heavy enough to fall out of the cloud. That's the process of a hailstone.
The damage from a microburst appears to radiate out from the center while tornado damage occurs along the path that the tornado took. In a microburst trees fall or are bent outwards, with trees that neighbor each other generally falling in the same direction. In a tornado downed trees to not have the same order, and fall in multiple directions. Those left leaning may hint towards an inward or rotating flow. Some tornadoes have roughly crescent shaped areas of more severe damage, indicating a multivortex structure.
until the tornado ends and then the people fall and die or get injured

First tell us which kingdom you mean.
It depends on what made the tree fall. If the tree is dead, then the owner of the tree is liable. If a tornado caused it to blow over it is considered a natural act and no one is liable.
The tornado would not be affected in any way. The bullet would probably have is direction changed by violent winds of the tornado and will eventually either be embedded in something or fall out of the tornado to the ground.
