possible torque converter failure. you can always disconnect converter from flywheel and start up.make sure converter is away from flywheel when taking these steps.if noise is gone problem found. be careful of this procedure it is best done by qualified technicians. more times then not you have some type of transmission failure. just my thoughts transguy08
