Cosmetic surgery is your answer. This can be performed in quite a few ways, depending on the extent of the blemish, including some non-invasive LASER methods. Most of these will be in-office procedures. [[User:Cjonb|Cjonb]] 17:13, 3 Jun 2008 (UTC)
Actually, they heal by themselves with tiny fibers (that i have no idea what is and I've been researching for over an hour...) and the fibers heal them by themselves so no worries!
But if you want to help, you can dab an icepack, it helps.

There is not exact treatment for this issue. In most cases, they heal on their own within a week. If the condition persists for longer than two weeks, consult a physician.
it comes when you put too much pressure in things like throwing up
There is no treatment available or necessary for subconjunctival hemorrhage. The blood clears with time. Over-the-counter and prescription eyedrops do not change the course.
i just recently have my broken blood vessel removed by having lazer zaps on my face. it actually didnt remove it, but it did make it lighter

No. They are cells that help heal wounds on your skin. Blood vessels are arteries and veins.
they heal themselves with a fiber
Without platelets your blood vessels would not heal if they were torn and you would lose blood and die.
Since the ligament was torn, the blood vessels in your ligament were also damaged. Cells are what heals injuries, and with less blood, it will take longer to heal.
The burst blood vessels you're describing are called "subconjunctival hemorrhages." They occur among the many small and fragile blood vessels in the eye's conjunctiva, the clear membrane that covers the whites of the eyes and lubricates and protects the eyeball. So the answer is no.
Tendons are slow to heal because they aren't very well supplied with blood vessels.
you don't need air to heal. your body has many different hormones, chemicals and cells which work together to heal areas. these use the blood vessels and lymphatics to move around the body! is this what you mean?
it could be Petechia but basically its when youre body is not getting enough oxygen to certain parts of your body and those parts result with broken/popped blood vessels, this happens to me quite often as well
Platelets are also known as thrombocytes. One of their main functions is blood coagulation. Formation of thrombocytes or platelets occure when the endothelium is damaged. The endothelium is the inner lining of blood vessels. Therefore, platelets are formed within and by damaged blood vessels.
