It is round ligament pains. the stretching of the uterus. they get worse with each pregnancy because the uterus grows faster with each pregnancy. I thought the same thing as you because I had 2 c-sections last one was 15 years ago and I swore it was the scar tissue too but it passes with time just like the Dr. said.
