The vibration is caused by warped brake rotors. Have the rotors turned or replace them and the vibration will go away. Its pretty easy to do. Just remove the brake caliper (2 bolts on the back) and pull the rotor toward you. A competent auto-parts store can turn the rotors for you, if they are within spec. If they are too warped or worn, they will need to be replaced. They aren't too expensive to replace. Buy a can of brake cleaner while you are there and spray them down to remove any grease or oils you may have gotten on them during the removal and re-installation process.
