it may have a blockage in the fuel line, check every part of it form tank to engine.
Many possible causes: vacuum leak, clogged fuel filter or line, injector problem(s), faulty fuel pump.
The location of the fuel line depends on where the carburetor is mounted. If the carb is mounted directly on top of the fuel tank, the fuel "line" is the pickup tube that extends from the carburetor into the tank. The carburetor will have to be removed to get to the pickup tube. If the carb is mounted away from the fuel tank, the fuel line will come from the tank.
The fuel filter could be clogged, screen in tank blocked, leak in fuel line.
