What causes pins and needles in left leg constantly?

You may not be getting excellent blood flow to your right leg, or you may be pinching or placing pressure on a key nerve to the area. You may want to make an appointment with your physician sometime soon to get it checked out.

However, a pins and needles sensation can also be caused by something serious, such as DVT: Deep Vein Thrombosis or a blood clot. If this condition is occurring while you are on bedrest, just coming off of bedrest, were hospitalized, or are generally immobile for long periods of time (traveling for business on aircraft, etc...) you may be at risk. Nerve impingement might cause pins and needles feeling in extremities. This may also be due to poor circulation. A physician needs to treat this condition after evaluating.

I get this and I have multiple sclerosis. Could be anything so go to doctor!
