some times if you are doing lots of things like hand stands and cartwheels and things like that all of the blood goes down to your head and when your stop and slow down it all goes back down away from your brain and because your brain is not getting enough blood supplies it causes a blur and confusian in your brain and you just collaps' and you can see what ever you are around twirling around you as you will be rolling around and you will probobly get confused .

so there you have it .

Many possibilities. One being your water intake is lower than it should be. Another is blood sugar, low blood sugar causes light headedness and eye spots.
