There are a variety of reasons that teenagers have to deal with stress at their age, hormonal changes, peer pressure, parents expectations or the lack of, home problems, girlfriends/boyfriends, school and the pressure of the future, work, as adults we can look back and remember the overwhelming feelings of the decisions we have to make that will inevitably impact our future and it is a lot to put on people at such a young age.
