The short answer is moisture. Specifically, the moisture that comes from perspiration can cause your pillow to become discolored. A compound found in sweat called urea is often responsible for those unsightly stains.

Other moist culprits of pillow stains can include saliva, lying down with wet hair, and chemicals in certain types of makeup.

In the case of drooling, you can carry a dangerous disease, or sleeping too drunk due to tiredness is also dangerous, because you will be "carried" by someone ... without your knowledge. Especially beautiful girls, for example, beautiful like me if sleeping too deep will be very dangerous.๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜ต

One of the most common reasons why pillows can turn yellow is sweat. ... Depending on the type of fabric your pillowcase is made from, sweat can seep through the fabric. As the sweat dries, it can leave a yellow stain on the pillow.

As the sweat dries, it leads to yellow stains on your pillow. If you want to get technical, itโ€™s not actually the sweat that is staining your pillow but rather a compound found within it, urea. Urea is what is responsible for yellow sweat stains.

I thought you were going to say "in my underwear"... When I used to eat a ton of curry, I noticed that the turmeric tended to come out in my sweat and I had yellowish pit-stains. Sorry if that was T.M.I.

Hi, im here to help you.

The yellow stains on your pillow can be caused by moisture build up depending on the material of your pillow case.

The most common reason is sweat. Everyone sweats. You sweat in your sleep too. So it is most likely that the stains are from sweat.

Stay safe, stay healthy, and wear your mask :)
