Actually in one point in the manga (i forget which chapter) i believe issue 50 (which hasn't come out yet) sakura tells naruto that she loves him so that he fight at his potential. though naruto wanted her to say that his entire life, he believes that she is joking around until she proves him wrong

∙ 14y agoWith the event leading up to her confession, most would lead towards no. The assumption is, that her confession is a way to get him to stop searching for Sasuke. Though none of this is fact, we shall learn more in the next chapter.
