She actually sees him transform into his "other form" after his beads get taken off in the 6th book I think. It also happens on the 3rd to last episode. It's SO dramatic; I was spazzing out the whole time X3.

Momiji does not kiss Tohru in the Fruits Basket series. Their relationship is more platonic and familial in nature.
