Scout feels noble after the fight with Cecil Jacobs because she stands up for her father, Atticus, and his beliefs by not backing down from a challenge. Additionally, she demonstrates bravery and integrity by not letting Cecil's taunts affect her or make her question her father's values.
Scout gets into a fight with Cecil Jacobs and Francis for the same reasons. The reason is because both added negative comments on Atticus and his job in front of her. Both boys said that Atticus is a black-lover.
she is furious at first but then remembers something that Atticus told her the night before: "…You might hear some ugly talk...just hold your head high and keep those fists down…Try fighting with your head for a change…".
scout Jem does not actually go into the house of horrors. It is in fact Scout and Cecil Jacobs.
first, they dont really fight, because atticus forbid her to fight, its not lady-like. 2nd, they fought because cecil jacobs called Atticus a ni**er lover, and scout didnt want to get her daddy called like that.
She walks away from Cecil because Atticus tells her to fight with her head and walk away and when she fights Francis she is remembering what happened at there family get together so this is before the fight with Cecil.
Scout went with Cecil Jacobs.
Scout fights many characters in To Kill a Mockingbird, including Walter Cunningham and Jem. She does not physically fight her father, Atticus, or Cecil Jacobs. Of fighting Cecil, Scout says, "Somehow, if I fought Cecil I would let Atticus down."
Scout fought with Cecil Jacobs because he insulted her father, Atticus, by calling him names and slandering his reputation for defending Tom Robinson, a black man accused of raping a white woman. Scout took offense and reacted physically to defend her father's honor.
