BUt in case of electromagnetic wave energy is the energy of the photon which is given as E = h f h=Planck's constant and f - frequency of radiation.

If you're talking about particles that make up the air, like oxygen and nitrogen molecules, then the ordered vibration is called "SOUND". The disorderly vibration is called "HEAT", and the amount of vibration is called "TEMPERATURE".
A person's environment can be analyzed to determine the amount of vibration that the person encounters. A vibration analyzer is used to perform this analysis. Excessive vibration can be damaging to the individual and even smaller amounts can affect the individuals's health and well being.
