No, the only playable alien forms are Fourarms, Heatblast, XLR8, Cannonbolt, and Wildvine. If you do not believe use this code at secret code in extra menu (to choose extra menu press start at map). This code will give you all playable aliens and Diamondhead is not one of them. (code is wildvine,4arms,heatblast,wildvine)

∙ 15y agoTo enter the cheat codes, press START at the map srceen to bring up the option menu and then select extra menu. In extra menu, then choose "Enter Sercet code". After that then enter following code.
Dark Heroes- Cannonbolt, Cannonbolt, Fourarms, Heatblast
DNA Force- Wildvine, Fourarms, Heatblast, Cannonbolt
Invincibility- XLR8 ,Heatblast, Wildvine, Fourarms
