Mammals
Humans are indeed members of the class Mammalia(which is a monophyletic group), however they are also member of many more clades such as Animalia, Chordata, Vertebrata, Simiiformes, Hominiodea, and Homo just to name a few. Someone more knowledgeable than I in taxonomy could likely name dozens of clades of which man is a member.
Kingdom: Animalia Phyla: Chordata Class: Mammalia Order: Primmates Family: Homindae Genus: Homo Species: Sapien
Kingdom - Animalia
Phylum - Chordata
Class - Mammalia
Order - Primata
Family - Hominidae
Genus - Homo
Species - Sapiens
Chordata, because of the presence of a spinal chord. This is also the phylum which all vertebrates fall into.
Humans belong to the phylum Chordata.
Chordata
the order of the phyla are porifera, annelida Cnidaria, and Echinodermata and many more.
Phyla
Fungi are currently placed into different phyla based on their from of sexual reproduction. Currently seven different phyla have been proposed including: * Chytridiomycota * Blastocladiomycota * Neocallimastiogomycota * Zygomycota * Glomeromcota * Ascomycota * Basidiomycota Reproduction modes and structures
nematoda, arthripherius, arstrimphos, ipodhythian, caracactrestor
It depends on the common name of the phyla. Porifera are simple sponges and cnidarians are jelly fish and molluska are squid octopus mollusks etc...
Echinodermata
Phylum Chordata, like humans.
Platyhelminthes
yes we are! Because we have a backbone.
Animals with spinal cords (ex. humans, dogs and cats, whales, snakes, etc.).
They are not alive and there for do not have a phyla.
Phyla is the plural of phylum. One phylum, many phyla.
The plural form of phylum is phyla.
A crows phyla or phylum(plural) is the chordata. A crows phyla or phylum(plural) is the chordata.
Mollusca, Porifera, Cnidaria, Platyhelminthes, Nematoda, Annelida, Arthropoda, Echinodermata, and Chordata, the phylum to which humans belong. Although there are approximately 35 phyla, these nine include over 96% of animal species.Reference: Wikipedia
how do phyla of vetebrates vary
All phyla except for one (Chordata) include only invertebrates, so 8 phyla include only invertebrates. The phylum Chordata is made up of the subphylum Vertebrata so therefore Chordata also has some species in it that are invertebrates. Humans are included in the phylum Chordata as well as the subphylum Vertebrata.
