Otters are semi aquatic animals. the sub family of otters are Lutrinae which forms part of the family Mustelidae, which also includes weasels, badgers, polecats and wolevrines(not the x-man figure and if you dont know what it is WIKIPEDIA it!). They mainly eat aquatic animals and small birds and small mammels (e.g mice, doormice etc)
