What clothes do baptists wear?

Baptists wear the same type clothing as anyone else does. Some women wear dresses and blouses/skirts, some wear pants. Some men wear suits, some wear slacks and a shirt, and some even wear jeans.

Baptists are not required to wear any particular clothing but we do believe in The Bible and it says to dress modestly and not like a man, so we wear skirts that fall below the knee, and shirts that are not tight or very form fitting and that reveal no undergarment lines. We also make sure our shirts are no more than 3 fingers beginning at the 'hole' in our neck and going to down to the neckline.

Men wear basically whatever, and at church tend to wear suits or at least a dress shirt and a tie.

Most all Baptist believe in very modest clothing. How you dress should be honoring to God and an example to society of how true Christians should look. For example it is ungodly to wear short skirts and shirts that have to much exposed, bikinis and moast modern day swim apperial, skin tight jeans and shorts. This all goes for men and woman of all ages. Not that it is rong or a sin to buy modern clothing, but it should be the right kind. (-:
