Phone numbers can be temporarily or permanently blocked. Unfortunately, blocked Caller ID can be recovered with special software or other cell phone providers. This is an unfortunate situation for many people who seek to maintain their privacy. For effective and reliable caller ID blocking and personal privacy see (see related link).

That may depend on your telephone company and/or on the specific make and model of mobile phone you are using.
settings-->Phone settings--->security---> enter your 4 digit code (usually, the last four(4) numbers of your cell phone number--->restrictions-->calls--->and set both incoming and outgoing calls to "allow all". If your phone is already locked then you will have to enter your 4 digits of your cell phone number (your security code).
First find on your phone the + symbol and type that in for the outgoing number. After that you need to type in the country code for Iraq which is 964. Your outbound dial should be +964 (area code) (phone number).
For outgoing Comcast phone calls. Dial *82 before you dial your intended number to unblock your phone number for one phone call.
In order to block an outgoing call from a landline, dial *67 at the beginning of the phone number. This will block your number to whatever number you dialed. Your number will not permanently be blocked, so you must dial it at the beginning of every number you dial where you don't want your number to be seen.
If you have your own answering machine, it most likely has a remote feature or set of features. There is generally a code you enter to make the machine spit out it's messages to you. See your owner's manual or, if you don't have one, you can GOOGLE the manual or the manufacturer. Call your phone/machine from another phone. Wait for the outgoing message to finish. When you hear the beep, enter the code to listen to messages. (Or, depending on the machine, reset your outgoing message, delete messages etc.)
There are a number of ways to block phone number depending on what type of phone you have. Usually your manual will give the specific code to do so.
Ask your local phone company.
Yes, although privately owned payphones may not allow it. *67 is the code to block sending your Caller ID.
Enter the "pin" code ... doh!! If that is unknown, you may have to return the phone to the vendor where it was purchased and have it reset. It's usually the last 4 digits of the phone's #. But then all you have to do is go to phone settings, and change it.
Block id, call your cell provider they have a code you can dial before you make the call or your cell phone should have a blocked id feature. :)
The code to be use to enable the call blocking feature of your phone is: *67
