You could match it with a slightly darker grey shoe or choose black or nude, depending on your hosiery.
However, grey is quite neutral so don't be afraid to kick it up with some bright colored pumps. Teal, red or even a bright green could look fabulous.

∙ 12y agoThe color shoes you wear with a white dress might depend on the event you're going to or the look you're going for. A white or black shoe is classic, but if you want to bump up the color and stand out, a red, blue, or even purple shoe could be appropriate.

∙ 12y agoGrey is a neutral color, so you can literally wear any color with it and be considered fashionable.
Some of my favorite colors to wear with grey are black, white, burgundy, and a dark dusty teal. I personally do not like most browns with grey, but brown is yet another neutral and you are allowed to fashionably mix any neutral.

However, black is a better choice if you have suits that aren't gray and don't want to get multiple pairs of shoes. For men, black shoes go with literally any color of suit.
