Semen in a mature male should be anywhere from a white to a very pale yellow. In young men, or in men who do not produce sperm, it can be clear. If it is any other color or has blood, then it could indicate a problem such as an infection that should be dealt with by a physician.
Semen should be a milky white color, however, it can be tinted yellow, or clear. If it is red, orange or deep yellow, you should see a doctor immediately, because it can be caused by several serious health issues.

Sperm doesn't really have a proper colour to it, it is usually clear. If not, see a doctor.
Semen is the collective of sperm and seminal fluids. Clear semen has very little or no sperm, hence its lack of colour. Semen that has sperm in it, will be white.
