  • a product identifier (tells you what it is)
  • risk phrases (what potential threat it poses eg flammable, corrosive etc.)
  • first aid measures how to treat someone exposed to the product)
  • Precautionary measures (how to minimize risk of injury while handling product eg: PPE), and
  • a supplier identifier (where it came from).
