If you mean ivory, or literal bone color, you can do this in multiple ways to create a 'bone' effect:
Digital:
Using SAI or photoshop, on the color wheel (suggested) use a really really light/pale yellow-get as close as you can to white while still showing a hint of yellow.
Traditional:
If you're using paint, mix a small bit of yellow into a lot of white.
When using pencil, just use a fleshy, pale yellow-like a vampire, or that emo kid at school's skin kinda yellow :)
These apply to most traditional forms of art...
So basically, yellow and white :)
The color of a bone is nearly ivory in shade. You can mix grey and white to get the bone color.
the bone cancer ribbon color is yellow, there are many other colors, too.
no colors can make blue because it is a primary color
What? Red is a primary color, you can not mix colors to make red. You can use red to make other colors.
The colors teal and purple make a blueish gray color.
primary colors make secondary colors you mix two primary colors to get a secondary color
All colors in the color spectrum make white. Black is the absence of color/light
Red and green are mixed to get the color yellow (and to get the colors orange and brown).
Colors that can combine to make any other color are called Primary Colors (Red, Blue, Yellow)
Blue is a primary color, meaning no two colors can be mixed to make blue. Two primary colors can, however, make a new color.
