What complaints does Onyx Acceptance Corp have against it?

After using Onyx for a car loan my wife signed for my daughter in may 2000 my daughter failed to make payments against the loan for 6 months. Onyx picked up the car in May 2001 and stated the balance was due of 8000. The car was purchased for 11000 or so and when asked by my wife if she could take over payments because she did not know that the daughter defaulted due to unemployment she was denied the right to reinstate even when offering the reinstatement amount. The car was decked out in fast and furious style and up graded past the forrest green plain Jane that it had formerly been. The car was not to be released no matter what because they could turn a huge profit and tag my wife as well. It has been well past the statute of limitations for this car and yet two weeks ago I still have received another collection debt if I act now it will be resolved for 6k plus. When looking for the car my wife and I had separated due to our son being in a terrible accident. The lady that was in charge of collecting info was on my case every week on sat and sun morning insisting on talking to my daughter or wife. Every time she called she wanted to speak to either my wife or my daughter and neither one lived with me then. When I explained that they did not live with me anymore they called names as well as a liar. I was giving her all the info I had and they still would not believe me. I finally called her a female dog and hung after the third week. Do not let anyone service your loan through these people..,they will rip you off and destroy any good part of your credit that they can as well as never let you win!!!!
