Owls excrete from their anus just like other birds. Also, because they swallow their prey whole, they regurgitate the undigestible parts of their pray like hair and bones. This regurgitated material is called an "owl pellet."

Of course it does, what goes in must come out. Birds like chickens have a very active excretory system and quite unique as they do not urinate. Uric acid is processed and comes out through the vent as the white part of the feces.
