its really hard to answer cause it depends on the operator/pilot who is controlling the plane. usually mirage 2000 is the upgraded version of mirage 5 rose. however mirage 2000 has some advantage rather than mirage 5 rose but still anything can happen in an open air combat. for more reference you can go to Wikipedia.
