hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, anything on the Periodic Table with only one letter for its symbol
an element consists of only 1 type of atom !
All elements in the periodic table contain only one type of atom.
A monatomic atom.
An element
The Periodic table contains only elements, however, HO4 is a compound and hence has no place on the period table.
Only 17 and 18.
H stands for the element hydrogen. H2 is hydrogen molecule and is not listed on the periodic table.
the same amount as the elements as the elements are made up of only one type of atom so there are 127
yes it is, it is part of the periodic table
All elements in the Periodic Table contain only one type of atom.
The periodic table?
The periodic table has, what are called, elements. Elements are substances made up of only one type of atom.
no. sodium bicarbonate is a compound. periodic table contains only elements, not compounds
The Periodic table contains only elements, however, HO4 is a compound and hence has no place on the period table.
You will not find H2S on the periodic table. The periodic table contains only elements, and H2S is a compound, made of two elements, hydrogen (H) and sulfur (S).
Neutrons cannot be taken of a periodic table, but only off an atom by supplying high energy (nuclear fission)
The position in the periodic table can be determinated.
Only 17 and 18.
Any element (see periodic table)
An anion, simply carries across the atom numbers, in greater size. But that is only with the metals, with non-metals, the numbers are arranged by how less the number is. So the higher the atom number, the further across will the anion be on the Periodic table but with non-metals, the less the atom number the closer to the metal section will the anion be on the Periodic table.
In an atom of an element, the amount of protons in that atom equal the amount of electrons in the atom, but only if it is a neutral atom. That then eqals the atomic number of that element.
