I think it's charcoal. I saw it on tv that they have to cover all the wood with galvanized iron (yero) and let it stay there for 3 days. It said that if there is air, it will fail. It will turn into ashes instead of charcoal.
Charcoal, carbon black
With the exception of nuclear fusion oxygen cannot be obtained by heating anything. Certainly no heating process on earth is capable of producing oxygen.
Definitely not, if the heating is in the absence of oxygen, because calcium chloride can not change to calcium oxide without a source of oxygen atoms.
The formula of mercury (II) oxide is HgO, showing that one oxygen atom is present for each mercury atom. The gram atomic mass of mercury is 200.59 and that of oxygen is 15.9994. Therefore, the mass of oxygen produced will be: 18.6(15.9994/200.59) = 1.48g of oxygen, to the justified number of significant digits. The sum of 1.48g and 18.6g is 20.08, which rounded to two significant digits is 20g, indicating that the decomposition was complete.
Oxygen is used and CO2 is produced
Deforestation reduces the gross amount of oxygen produced by an ecosystem it reduces the amount of oxygen produced .
Oxygen was discovered by Swedish pharmacist Carl Wilhelm Scheele. He had produced oxygen gas by heating mercuric oxide and various nitrates by about 1772.

The waste gas produced by plants as they respire is oxygen. This is why plants are very important to the earth. Without plants, there probably would not be enough oxygen in the air for all to breathe.
Trees that intake CarbonDioxidespit out Oxygen
More ATP is produced during cellular respiration using oxygen than without oxygen.
Human tissue under certain circumstances can undergo anaerobic respiration. In this process energy is produced without oxygen, also creating lactic acid.
Oxygen is used and CO2 is produced
The oxygen that is produced in photosynthesis goes into the air.

This is a chemical reaction; oxygen is released.
