possibly a bad master cylinder.(the thing with the steel lines coming out of it) maybe low fluid(doubt it)
brake booster could be bad the seal around the rod that hooks to the brake pedal is leaking
You have a blown / leaking wheel cylinder. Replace wheel cylinder.
When brake fluid leaks the system is compromised and the brakes might not function properly. Look over the entire brake system to see where the leak is coming from to be able to fix the problem.

It is not the brakes leaking oil , Its the axel seals leaking rear end gear oil. If its not gear oil , Then its brake fluid and that means wheel cylinders are leaking.
