∙ 7y agoThe Netherlands is one country. It is sometimes incorrectly referred to as Holland. In fact Holland is just a region in the Netherlands, not a country or the name of the whole country. The Netherlands also has three Caribbean islands, whic are Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba. In addition it has links with other Caribbean islands which are now autonomous countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. These islands are Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten.
