Albania decorates their tree with lights, (fake) fruit, snowflakes, cotton, paper decorations, and balloons.
I know they use artificial Christmas trees in the US! I imagine they use artificial Christmas trees everywhere, but now I am interested as to whether there is a country that absolutely does not use artificial Christmas trees in place of live.

Germany
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) does not have any doctrines or guidelines regarding Christmas trees. Members of the Church are welcome to have a Christmas tree in their home if they choose. Christmas trees are pretty common in Mormon households, although not all families have one.
