Will driving with a blown turbo damage the car?
Yes you can damage the car by driving with a blown turbo. The most damage would be done to the engine because at high rpms it can begin to scrape metal on metal causing shards of the turbo to enter into the engine. Also if you accelerate at i high rate, it may begin to smoke because of the oil in the turbo. Damage may also be done to the exhaust. Accelerate slowly, check your oil and coolant, and you should be ok. But you're going to want to change that turbo out asap!

It wont stop starting, it will pump oil out of the turbo and discharge blue smoke.

Does a blown head gasket ruin an engine?
If the engine is run while the gasket is blown, the engine will overheat and eventually blow or seize up. If the gasket blew and engine was soon after turned off, there may be no further damage to the engine. Replacement of the gasket can get this engine in working condition.

It's more about the tune-if you have enough fuel, strong enough pistons/rods/crank, etc., with the correct tune, you can have a huge or a small turbo on an engine. If you just put a bigger turbo on a vehicle and do not add fuel and tune, your engine will suffer.

if you hear strange noise from yurbo and you see white smoke from the exhaust and it is not pulling out air pressure!then your turbo is propably blown.
