SO yes so there is 24 hours in 363 days and there is 25 hours when daylight savings ends so example 1:59 am-1:00 am that counts and extra hour as 1:00 -2:00 and when daylight savings start there is 23 hours where 1:59-3:00 and there is no 2:00
